Design trends shift each year, but in New England, it’s all about blending timeless character with fresh, functional updates. The most important “trend” is one that fits your home’s architecture and your lifestyle. We’ll help you strike the right balance between what’s current and what’s lasting—so your space feels fresh for years to come.
Can you provide recent, local references?
Absolutely. We’ve completed several kitchen and bathroom renovations in your area and can provide references upon request. Many of our past clients are happy to share their experience with our team. We also have a portfolio of recent projects you’re welcome to review.
Do you offer installation?
Yes, for some products. Most stone countertops, like granite and quartz, and solid surface counters, such as Corian, must be installed by our fabricators. In these cases, installation is included and indicated as such in our written estimates.
How is cabinet installation handled?
We refer our customers to local licensed installers that we have built a relationship with over the years. We coordinate the project with those contractors and stay in contact with them throughout the project.
Can I use my own contractor?
Absolutely. We will provide a copy of the plans to you and your contractor, and we encourage you to ask your contactor to meet with us to go over the plans ahead of time.
Can You Provide a Detailed Estimate and Timeline?
Absolutely. After the consultation and design review, we’ll present a written estimate outlining all of the materials we supply for your project. The estimate includes 3-D drawings. You will also receive a realistic timeline with milestone, so you’ll always know what’s happening next.
What Are Your Warranty Terms?
Many of our products include a limited lifetime warranty. Countertop installations, however, come with a one-year warranty covering our installation services. Product warranties are offered by the manufacturers and are typically longer.
